⁣Ingredients
20 oz of ramen noodles⁣
4 tbs of peanut butter ⁣
1 tbs of sesame seed oil ⁣
1 tbs of chili oil ⁣
1/2 tbs of coconut aminos ⁣
3 tbs of rice vinegar ⁣
1 1/2 garlic cloves⁣
1 cup of non-dairy milk ⁣
1 cup of water⁣
Juice of 1 lime ⁣
Salt to taste ⁣

Instructions:
1. Cook ramen noodles or noodles of choice.⁣
2. In a blender, add peanut butter, sesame seed oil, chili oil, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, garlic, non-dairy milk, water, and lime juice.⁣
3. Blend until well-combined. ⁣
4. In a medium sized pan on low-heat, add broth and cook for 10 minutes or until it thickens up a bit. Add salt to taste. ⁣
5. When noodles are cooked, add your noodles to the broth and gently mix. ⁣6. Top your ramen with some fresh cilantro, baked tofu, peanuts – or whatever you’d like! ⁣
7. Enjoy 🙂
