Lime PB Ramen by @livinlaveganlife 😍 quick, easy, and so delicious!

Ingredients
20 oz of ramen noodles
4 tbs of peanut butter
1 tbs of sesame seed oil
1 tbs of chili oil
1/2 tbs of coconut aminos
3 tbs of rice vinegar
1 1/2 garlic cloves
1 cup of non-dairy milk
1 cup of water
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Cook ramen noodles or noodles of choice.
2. In a blender, add peanut butter, sesame seed oil, chili oil, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, garlic, non-dairy milk, water, and lime juice.
3. Blend until well-combined.
4. In a medium sized pan on low-heat, add broth and cook for 10 minutes or until it thickens up a bit. Add salt to taste.
5. When noodles are cooked, add your noodles to the broth and gently mix. 6. Top your ramen with some fresh cilantro, baked tofu, peanuts – or whatever you’d like!
