Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs Squash peeled and diced
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Walnuts roughly chopped
1-2 lbs Red Swiss Chard
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tbsp Liquid Aminos
Salt & Pepper to taste
3/4 cup Golden Raisins

Instructions:

On a medium-low heat pan, add your olive oil and squash. ⁣
Cook for about 10 minutes⁣.
Add your walnuts and cook for another 10 minutes. ⁣
Stir consistently to avoid the walnuts burning and for them to release their natural oils. ⁣
When the squash become soft, add the red swiss chard. ⁣
Add spices and liquid aminos. Stir well. ⁣
Add the golden raisins. Cook for another few minutes. ⁣
Serve warm.
