Creamy spinach- peas pasta šš byĀ @sulefoodness
Ingredients:
-3 tablespoon vegan butter,coconut oil
-1 +2/3 cups (400 ml) coconut cream
-1,5 cup (180 g) grated vegan cheddar
-1 medium onion, chopped
-1 cup (110 g) cooked peas
-Salt and blackpepper
-8 ounce (225 g)spaghetti
-8 ounce (220 g) fresh spinach
Instructions:
ā¢In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
ā¢To make the cream sauce, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. stirring frequently, Add onion , sautĆ© about 2 minutes . Stir in heavy cream, lower the heat and simmer gently until thicken, season with salt and pepper.
ā¢Stir in cheeze until slightly thickened.
ā¢Add drained spaghetti, peas and spinach.Stir until fully coated.
ā¢Serve with dried basil and sesame.
