Mango Avocado Fresh Spring Rolls by @foodpassionical 💛

Recipe:

Ingredients:

1Vietnam rice paper
2Bean sprouts, cook in the boiling water for 1 minutes. Drain & set aside.
31 mango, sliced
41 avocado, sliced
51/4 cup fresh mint
61 carrot, thinly sliced
71/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
8 Baked tempeh

Instructions:

✔Take a rice paper wrappers and dip into a warm water ✔Place the wrappers on a plate and stagged the mango, avocado, mint then topped with the fresh veggies and tempeh. ✔Fold the bottom half of the wrappers over the filling and hold the fold in place. Lastly tuck in the sides and roll tightly.
✔Repeat with remaining filling and serve with dipping sauce.
Dipping sauce recipe:
4 Tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp of Tamari
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp of chilli flakes(optional)
Few tbsp of hot water to thin the mixture
Mix well all the ingredients with adding hot water and mix till it become well combined. Topped with sesame.
