Served with salad & of course loads of smashed avo on top… 🥑🍃 I always make mine oil-free, I simply coat mine in my fav herbs & spices and bake or airfry at 200*C until golden and crispy 🙌🏼
On another note, in the past few months I’ve been eating literally anything and everything (so long as it’s vegan) but my digestion is def being compromised as a result… 😳 Let’s just say bloating + gas is no fun so I’m trying to simplify the meals that I eat & just go back to the basics with clean, whole foods! All I can say is it’s amazing how your tastebuds change & appreciate foods as they are once you have them on their own! 👌🏼
